EGGLESS CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT BROWNIE
Ingredients:
2 tbsp flaxseed powder
4 tablespoons water
1 cup caster sugar
3/4 +3tablespoons cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup cocoa powder (from All Things)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon
salt
2/3 cup 64% Malabar dark chefs chocolate chunks
1/3 cup veg oil
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup hazelnut paste
extra hazelnuts for adding on top.
Instructions:
- Mix the flax seed powder and water, keep it aside
- Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Then add the chocolates chunks
- Add the flax seed mixture and the milk
- Then add the hazelnut paste
- You can add more water according to the preferred consistency of the batter, add more hazelnut on top
- Bake this at 165 degrees for 30 mins, make sure it should not get fully baked or else the fudginess will be gone
