EGGLESS BANANA AND WALNUT CAKE

Ingredients:
Curd 150
Caster Sugar 150
Refined Flour 150
Baking soda 4gm
Vegetable Oil 60gm
Ground Walnut 50gm
Banana -1

Instructions: 

• Add the curd and sugar, mix it well
• Add the flour, the soda and the ground walnuts thereafter and mix it again
• Add the oil and divide in different cake tins to bake
• Finally, add the vertically sliced bananas and some walnuts 
• Bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees
