CHOCOLATE CHUNK & MARSHMALLOW COOKIES

Ingredients:

  • 110 unsalted butter
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 60g brown sugar
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract
  • 175g refined flour
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 3g baking soda
  • 120g 33% Milk chocolate chunks from All Things or any good quality chocolate chunks or chips.
  • 10 pieces of marshmallows

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together and form a cookie dough, make small balls with using your palms 
  • Chill in the fridge for 15-20 mins 
  • Put the marshmallow on top of each cookie dough ball and chill them again for 15 mins in the refrigerator 
  • Bake them at 170 degrees for 12 minutes
