CHOCOLATE CHUNK & MARSHMALLOW COOKIES
Ingredients:
- 110 unsalted butter
- 100g caster sugar
- 60g brown sugar
- 3 drops of vanilla extract
- 175g refined flour
- 15g cocoa powder
- 3g baking soda
- 120g 33% Milk chocolate chunks from All Things or any good quality chocolate chunks or chips.
- 10 pieces of marshmallows
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together and form a cookie dough, make small balls with using your palms
- Chill in the fridge for 15-20 mins
- Put the marshmallow on top of each cookie dough ball and chill them again for 15 mins in the refrigerator
- Bake them at 170 degrees for 12 minutes
