VANILLA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING

Making Eggless Buttercream frosting with White chocolate

Ingredients:

170 gms unsalted butter

115 gms white chocolate

170 gms Icing Sugar

2 tbsp milk

Pinch of salt


Instructions:

  • Whisk the butter, when Creamy, add the sugar and keep whisking
  • Add the melted chocolate at room temperature and keep whisking
  • Add the milk, vanilla and a pinch of salt
