EGGLESS DRAGONFRUIT CUPCAKES

Basic is now boring, switch over from your vanilla cupcakes by giving basic cupcakes a twist of flavor.

For the cupcakes:
100 gms curd
100 gms sugar
100 gms Maida
5 gms Baking soda
30 gms oil'

Mix all of these in a bowl and bake at 175 degrees for 15 mins
