• 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1cup oats
  • 1 1/2tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • zest of 1 grated orange
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)


  • Start by adding the carrots to a food processor, and keep grinding until it is coarse
  • Take the carrots out in a bowl
  • Next, add the oats, shredded coconut and walnuts into the food processor, and grind it well
  • Then add the carrots, pitted dates, cinnamon powder, peanut butter and some orange zest into the food processor to combine everything together
  • Form bite-sized balls 
  • Cover the balls with either desiccated coconut or white chocolate
